Morgoed Estates Ltd has today taken over the collection of 19 ground rent portfolios from Waltons surveyors in Hyde. Morgoed Estates is also in active negotiations to purchase a further 26 portfolios from the same source. The combined purchases and managed portfolio comprises rents affecting approximately 1200 properties in Stockport, Glossop and Hyde.
