Morgoed Estates Ltd can announce the purchase of a significant ground rent investment in Hednesford from Chetwynd Mining and Piling Company Limited, a long established local developer. Green Slade Grove is a regarded devlopment of 52 well appointed apartments. This represents Morgoed's first investment in Staffordshire.
