Morgoed Estates Ltd can today announce the purchase of the freeholds on two prestigious apartment blocks in Bromley from Holmwell Properties Ltd for £2.175m. Andace Park and the Oasis represent a highly reversionary investment of 144 apartments that is an excellent complement to Morgoed Estates' portfolio of high quality apartment reversions.

Morgoed Estates own in house legal department worked in partnership with Natwest Bank PLC and was assisted by Hatchers Solicitors on security matters.

Holmwell Properties Ltd were represented by Stevens Solicitors

The sale was handled by the Ground Rent Brokers
